i am venugopal, using the airtel for last 5 year. i am not able to get my call connected to customer care executive using 121 number & 198 number also. There no option provide to connecto the expert to talk about the my complaints. The voice service is well planned for providing the option to get money from the customer only. Well designed to annoy the customer so that they can not reach out to experts. Why so there are enjoying the customer money (50pasie for 3 min) for this waste services?
