Verma Travels — Air conditioner not working during trip | |||
I, Yashmeen Kauser, travelled from Bhopal to Balaghat on 30.06.2015 by Verma Travels bus started at 8:45Pm. But after 10 mins of journey, AC were switched off and whole journey, staff was telling they are trying to repair. Whole journey was suffocating and uncomfortable. verma travels — charging 700 rupees for 304 kms
sir the company verma travels has been charging 700 rupees fair from bhopal to jabalpur (304km ) . Bus was not come on time . This is completely unfair . please address my complane.
