[Resolved]  Verona Soft Solutions — Unprofessional and cheap conduct from the management and unorganised bad working place

I am just sending out this information regarding this organization just to warn the youth and the people who are looking for a job. I don't want anyone else to waste their time and self-respect for such an unregistered, unsafe and in-human management. This organisation runs BPO at night, on May 22nd 2014 there were some tremors in the city and we came to know it from some online news blogs while working in the office, meanwhile this MD (Rakesh) was sitting in his home and he came to know about this. He didn't even bother to call up to the office and ask the employees to vacate the office premises and on the other hand while we were in a hurry to vacate the premises we were asked to wait and we waited for 15minutes. Meanwhile when the TL contacted the MD and was briefing the issue, then the MD said to the TL to let the employees vacate their work premises after 1/2hr; i.e when the 15mins break timings start and wait outside for 15minutes and return to work. That means he's calculating the working hours than the loss of life that could happen and thinking so cheaply, such an in-human conduct being the boss. So we vacated the office voluntarily over ruling his command. So what if he is an employer that doesn't give him the rights of their employees life. More over that organization isn't registered and its running night shifts with ladies in it with no security. There are no human securities nor any security cameras which is a must according to the rules and regulations for running a office in the night shift. And there are many unprofessional bad conduct that happened over there was, out of all few are as follows :- An employee was taken into the organisation and was in his training and it's been more than 10 days he's been with that organisation but still he wasn't provided with at-least the offer letter, and the MD said that he'll be provided with the offer letter on May22nd 2014 but he still at-least didn't mail him, so on the next day i.e on May23rd 2014 he was asked by the MD to directly deal with the client instead of asking the TL or any other working employee who were appointed officially over there pertaining to some US outbound BPO project. So this employee asked the MD politely that sir " I am directly dealing with the client and am not officially appointed, so would you please at-least mail the offer letter to me " For this the MD lost his cool, started yelling and asked the employee to leave the organisation in a very unpolite, abusing and rude manner in the middle of the night at around 12. There are many other issue like pay issues, where the employees are promised one pay and while coming on their appointment letters it would be lesser amount and they say it as printing mistake for that time-being. And while coming to the payment they pay even lower than the pay on the wrongly printed appointment letters. Keeping all these under consideration i feel that it is not an apt working place to any human. So make a note of all these and get into this organisation named Verona Soft Solutions.

Dude i appreciate that you have learned something, that’s good on your part and that’s how an employee should be. And i am not the trainee who worked over there, so chill. First get to know what and who, read the whole thing again. I have just put this up for public. I have no personal issues with the organization. Even i was looking forward to join in but after i came to know regarding the training that they provide over there and all these stuff, so i halted that thought abruptly. And the training you say they provided, come on..stopit.. it's hilarious man, anyone can figure it out from your comment (vocabulary and grammar) posted above that how hard you were trained (no hard feelings), more over its of no use for the experienced agents . And you were saying something regarding the issue that happened, for your kind information he's an experienced employee and if you want, you go ahead and convince your MD asking him to put this guy on live calls to test him...it's a piece of cake for him, so chill that guy has the mettle to handle it. And hello dude i don't know whether you are aware of the situation over there or not, the project on which the tiff arose didn't start yet, so they were completely basing on a non-employee guy to handle it, which is completely unethical. Whether you are aware or not, a good organization handles the project and does their client talks etc with their MD or trainer or TL, no organization ask a non-employee to do the direct talking with the client even though how big the queries may be. And if any organization does so, they provide him the appointment letter or they should start his pay roll from then and there, so keeping all this under consideration just asking for a basic offer letter which everyone deserves shouldn't be an issue. And as i have mentioned in my complaint that the trainee was promised to give the offer letter on 22nd May 2014 and when he didn't receive anything related to that, he asked it the next day immediately after going to office (Message was conveyed through TL) but it wasn't given any attention. Am a local citizen over here and i can know what's happening in and around and more over this guy told me everything from the day one what happened in the office (project issues, client issues, negligence of TL and management pertaining to the failure of forwarding the data etc etc ). I can't reveal all those information regarding those because that would be unethical from my part and though i don't know the trainee personally he did ask me not to do so. So i request you not to push me further, because doing so that would damage the reputation of the organization. So first know what happened than pointing out something and misinterpreting the issue and if not then ask your co-employees over there who agreed with the trainee and supported him, word-of-mouth costs dear. So chillax buddy and have a good future ahead :)

Here I'm to add a Lil flavour to this topic, yes Verona soft solutions, Starting with the employees, they come office so formal and no problems with employees at all, if you think employee is not capable of taking calls, then who the fuk hired him for the job! Funny! and then next one is washrooms are stinking like he'll management doesn't care lol. Ladies are working in office and they can't hire a security WTF! This bull company got a HR prem (self dabba) doesn't he know that hiring 15years old boy as Office boy is a crime and the is management didn't pay for that poor kid as well! One more stinking is they don't have a proper server, no proper network guy, and there is one AC on the floor which doesn't work properly and when there is power cut they don't have backups, poor . Coming to the salary part they will never keep up there words! Seriously a piece of please don't go to this company, your valuable time n money everything getting wasted. And finally talking about MD the great RAKESH, doesn't know how to speak English properly, and if any agents speaking to him in American accent, he couldn't get that and asks to repeat for another 2more times! Being called as MD himself doesn't know how to dress up, doesn't know to come in formal and everytime he wores a black shirt with pargon chapels! Omg you should look at him lol! In that company there is no certificate verification or anything even 7th pass out can also work.
Being MD sleeps in side the cabin, doesn't know how to maintain a company. the stupid thing is they have a website but nothing works in it. Learn things, first get registered if not government screw your off! Learn behaviour Mr. rip verona soft solutions

Hai friends i am one of the agent working in verona soft solutions. The organization is very good i am working from past three months the management is strict and so close. i seen that one of the trainee kept this comment even he didnt have a capability to work they given training and kept him he didnt perform good our MD.Sir asked him to go for mock call section with client he not able to take calls and he asking about offer letter at that time when client on call. i did'nt think the wrong with company even they providing training i have developed my skills very much when i came to training the 15days training is good. We have capability to prove our selves in an organisation. there is good and bad in an organisations don't bother about unwanted if we work we get to know about it right . bye friends have a nice day
Well how can a person who came out of Verona knows about earthquake issue, so stop commenting positively with a unchanged name.

I have been onto the floor for nearly 10+ days after the training is done but i haven't been paid and taken out without a proper reason, there are even more people like me who haven't been paid.
Mr. Rakesh (MD of Verona) always sits in house and asks H.R to solve issues of employees when the main problem is H.R.
