Vertical Solution — Regarding job placement

I have paid 2500 rs to get job. The vertical solution mohali a private institution assured me to get recruited in hdfc bank after 15 days if i cant get job they refund me but now they are not refunding my money. They are giving me date after 4 months. First they are saying that you get in hand but now they are making excuses. Saying you get in your account. If you not get you will get hand from the agency.
