VGP — Fraud at VGP Arjun Town, Bengaluru

I Anupama Dilawari from Mumbai had bought a plot situated in VGP Arjun Town, Kudlu village, Sarjapur Hobli, Anekal Taluk on 05/11/1997. At the time of purchase we were told soon we will be able to construct as VGP is awaiting for water and electricity connection. Ever since we have been following up with VGP and they said some more time until we were informed that suddenly out of the blue there's a court case and the property is now under dispute because the grandchildren of the owners want their share. When we bought the property there was no legal issue. ...how can claims be made after purchase. Babbu Das from VGP personally came to Mumbai and has collected 1.20 lac as they claimed they needed funds to do an out of court settlement with the villagers. After regular follow up the only answer we got was...18 - 20 months to clear all issues. This was informed to us via email on 29/05/2014...now we are told Mohandas, Prabhakaran all have quit and Babbu Das is absconding. There's completely no clarity on the issue. We are completely helpless as consumers. ...we need to dispose the property at current market rate...why should we suffer because of VGP's FRAUD. It is completely VGP'S responsibility to ensure we get our rightful legal property for either construction or sale...the choice is ours...we are the legal owners. After waiting for 18yrs we need market appreciation and we cannot let it go to cheaters. We need help from your association for a closure.
