[Resolved] Via.com — Fraud, cheaters, slumdogs | |||
Hi Every One, My self Shiva from Bangalore, I booked a ticket from Amritsar to Bangalore (VIA Ref No.: FMN12AAK5WV), in the search page the charges was Rs. 10, 300.00 but after booking the ticket i got a call from VIA Customer care person with in 1hrs saying that the fare is been increased and i have to pay Rs. 3000.00 extra or else my ticket will be cancelled. This cheaters will not update the fares on time on their flight search page and cheating us. So please beware before booking a ticket from VIA.com, If needed book a ticket from direct service providers web site. In this difficult situation, I have Rs. 13, 000 in my pocket and I have to travel to Bangalore in emergency, and this stupid guys will refund my money in next 4 days.
