Dear Sir, Previously my D2H was mount on the balcony grill for which Videocon charged me around 400-500 rs during the installation of D2H on the grill by using grill mount tool. After my relocation, i placed a request for re-installation of D2H on my new flat. On 17th Oct Videocon team came for the un-installed of D2H from grill and did the installation on terrace of my new flat but they didn't returned the mount tool for which they charged me 400-500 rs as grill mount support tool is not required for the installation of D2H on terrace. I followed up with the enginner to get my grill mount supporting tool back but he was very rude while speaking and not accepting that he has taken the tool. I have spoke multiple times with the Videocon team since 20 oct but no resolution provide till now. My customer ID –[protected] Complaint no[protected]
