Video Con d2h — Recording is not available in my very new videocon hd set of box | |||||
My cust id is :[protected] have purchased a new set top box yesterday.i need recording option so i payed for HD digital box with recording option in online.after installation, i have payed INR 100 and activated recording option also.but i cant record using it so i called care back. this time they asked me the model no in the set of box's pack and it is H6666-RF. they replayed that this box won't have recording option in it. i got socked.even in its pack it printed clearly it having recording option i have not got the the features mentioned in the pack of it. so i asked them give me a correct set of box with recorder feature for what i have payed but they refused my request. i have called online sales department multiple time after i got this issue. more than 4 executives said me that they we check it and call me back in a hour. but no one came back to me. i am very disappointed with this cheap attitude of videocon d2h. i have Payed 1972 INR for this Mail i got from video con d2h : Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to Videocon d2h. This is with reference to your e-mail February 06, 2016 regarding Videocon d2h services for customer id[protected]. I have upgraded basic HD to hd with RF Remote @1299 for getting recording facility and engineer have changed the set up box with hd 6666 RF. but this have not recording facility. Engineer told me the recording facility will be available up to 15th April 2016 via updates. Hence I allowed to change. But till date no updates have received for recording facility. I got disturbed when customer care said that recording facility is not available for this set up box. You again upgrade with Rs 1299 for recording facility. That means videocon d2h is fooling customers.
I fed up with customer service replies regarding above. I am going to consumer court if my problem not solved within week. I will also anti advertise against d2h.

I was issued hd 6666 RF with promised of recording and other interface upgrades. I had already paid 100 INR for recording activation but nothing is working. I'm only getting the answer to wait and software uptades will soon be done. My remote is also having synchronizing issue with set up box.
