Sir, I purchased a washing machine Kelvinator semi automatic (WMKELVKS 6.221 DRCNS SEMI) from SBV Agencies, Omallore on July 18, 2014. I gave the same as a gift to Mr George Mathew (Saibu), Alummootil Omallore, who is staying near the shop. I am sorry to say that the above machine was not working properly from the very beginning. Dryer is not working at all. Mr George Mathew lodged complaints to the shop more than 10 times and each time, mechanic from the shop visited the house and still it is not working. Two complaints were registered and others not registered: 1. 15. 11. 2014 coc [protected] 2. 05. 03. 2015 coc [protected] Since the same was given as a gift, the matter came to my knowledge a few days back only. The mental agony of the family who is keeping the machine was quite a lot. Hence, I want the machine to be replaced urgently, since the same is under warranty period. Otherwise, I will be forced to moved a complaint before the Consumer Protection Council for suitable remedies. Awaiting a favourable reply at your earliest.
