[Resolved]  Videocon AC — Split AC not being replaced

Dear Sir/Ma'am I have purchased the Vediocon AC (1.5TON) around 1 year before but its compressor is not functioning. For this already i have registered the complaint almost 2 months before but still no representative have come to resolve this issue. Every time i am calling to the concerned person ( Name: Mr. Niraj Parikh- [protected]) and getting the answer that the representative will come within 2 working days but i am just waiting waiting and waiting... My call compliant number in Vediocon is- SUR[protected] This is very disappointment that such type of reputed company is harassing the customer like anything. Waiting for some positive reply from yourside..
