I bought a new mobile of videocom handset on 5 August 2016 from Bala Ji store Moradabad, and this mobile are not working in rural area and create networking problem in any telecom company wether if we are using same telecom service in different mobile then they are showing complete network in same rural area...
and now service centre / mobile store are not give positive response so pls advise any solution.....

I have bought videocon dth on 14 aug 2016 and it went out of signal on 16th aug 2016.I am paying without using the service.They r all absconding.

I'm using videocon d2h from 1 year, but network is so bad, from last 4 days there is error message as signal not found, i called customer care and informed the same, they are telling they will take a complaint and send engineer and charges will be 200rs for checking that.
My concern is if signal not available what is customer's mistake in it and why customer is getting charged for it, ok if i'm paying that 200rs charges now what if...

I have been transferred from Ratnagiri to Mumbai, I have called customer care for installation of dish at my new residance in Mumbai. I have called on[protected], and an executive has assured me that Engg will come within 24 hrs of lodgement of complaint & the issue will get resolved.
However, it is very hard to digest that Engg has not visited my place even after 7 days...

I have selected super gold pakage rs. 275/- i have recharged on rs. 275/- on 16.8.2016.
