This is the worst ever company in the whole world with pathetic after sales service. Machine quality is poor.. Technicians are not even fit for cattle rearing.. Fools with very late response. We wait for minimum a month every time we lodge a complaint through the call centre. Never buy a videocon product ever ever in ur life.
