My complaint number is sur[protected] dated 11/06/16 i also contacted several time to mr. Ashish desai and mr dinesh (Videocon area manager (Surat) on mobile no. [protected] & [protected] and also personally made a complaint to him about my television problem. But my problem is not resolved till date and receives useless and wrong promise from your side.
