- june 23rd 2015 recharge of 380 is been done,
- customer id 98691757
- since then getting error that signal is not available
- and for the same complaint has been register with customer service on 23 june 2015
- till now 29 june 2015, no engineer has visited, and the issue is still unresolved. and badly ignored.
- since 23 june 2015, we are making repeated calls and getting false promises that engineer will visit in 24 hours sometimes even said in 8 hours,
- its been 7 days that is 168 hours now no resolution.
- being a loyal customer is this kind of service we deserve ???
- spoke to supervisors named Minal and dhruv from your department, even they promised that they will look in to this in priroty basis since 23 june 2015 but still no priority given.
- I SHOULD SAY NO ONE IS BOTHERED
- being so buy for whole day we have take time to call you customer service for hours and hours for this .
- still no attention is returns
- following are the complain raised with the complain number :[protected], 33890543 and many more.
- very bad customer service experience, never going to suggest Videocon D2H to any one.
- hope this email will help to get my issue resolved asap.
