[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Amount deducted even after temporary disconnection | |||
My Videocon Customer ID is[protected]. Its indeed a frustrating situation today that ever after calling them multiple times and reminding the inconvenience caused to me, my problem is not yet resolved. My Concern - Even after raising request for temporary disconnection on 30th July my whole balance is deducted and on calling your customer care no, which is not toll free every time they accepted that its a mistake from their side and will be rectified in few hours but till date is not resolved. Just to inform you that I have wasted more than 500 Rs in calling them till now. I have also called from ISD location and every time my call is being transferred and kept on hold for long time but no supervisor picks it up, ending in wastage of my money. Every time i am calling i have to start from the beginning and again call be transferred to Supervisor and will end in min of 30 min duration and at last the supervisor will give assurance of rectification within 24 hrs but the problem is not yest solved Please resolve my problem ASAP and give me call back. I received the call from concerned person but all what he did was apologies. My concern was i wasted 500 Rs in order to get my 150 Rs. back since your service is too bad. Do you think its justified ?. The service representative will always assure you that your complaint will be resolved in so and so time after keeping your call on hold for an hour and than the issue will not be resolved even after said time. Customer has to call again and same thing repeats multiple times. I have lost 500 Rs. in order to call you.
