Videocon — D2h - bad customer service | |||
Last time I had complained when my d2h was not working your engineer called me when I was in office. I requested him to come at around 5pm and he was insisting to come at 2pm when no one was at home. You'll are not concerned on customers convenience. That complaint was resolved 2 days later. Today morning I complained that my set up box is not working. The advisor said he will arrange for engineer as I told him my problem as I had off today and tomorrow no one will be at home but when no one turned up I called again and spoke with Supervisor who said he can't do anything and I have to wait 48 hours. Pathetic service. After my service ends I won't recharge and move to Hathaway. Was this information helpful? | |||
