[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Charging for rectifying services. | |
I am a customer of Videocon D2H having ID No. 39046204. On 07.02.2016 I have submitted a complaint for signal not available vide complaint No.[protected] after a long query by the Customer care which I face a great difficulties. However, next day a person so called service engineer came and rectified the problem and DEMANDED a charge of Rs.150/-. Earlier as a customer like me also faced same difficulties. Question is that why the customer will pay the extra cost for their rectification of services. It should be the Company's responsibility to provide good quality picture and signal for which customers are paying / recharging their D2H monthly / regularly as per the tariff. The extra cost should not be acceptable. Was this information helpful? | |
