[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Critical support unavailability with Videocon D2H | |||
I requested for a relocation for my Videocon D2H on 31Aug2014. New location is only 500 mts away from my present location, which is in kozhikode, kerala. Now its 10 days, i haven't got my connection relocated or got a call from kozhikode office. I made 4 followups once in a couple of days and each time, the customer care team assures that my concern would be solved in 8 hours of time. I used the contact us form on videocon d2h website, and haven't got atleast a mail receipt confirmation. They are not at all providing an escalation matrix or solving my problem. So there is no other way for me other than posting this issue in various consumer forums or to move legally. If they are not interested in maintaining a customer, i have requested them to refund the balance cash in my videocon d2h account with effect from 31Aug2014, so that i could move to some other provider.
