Videocon D2H — Customer Agent has taken charges even though it was free | |||
My videocon D2H was not working and i logged a complaint to get it repair via call. As per the executive who registered my complaint, there will not be any charges for engineer visit but engineer took Rs. 300 from me. I registered complaint[protected] for it and i have received an SMS saying that it will be resolved by 6th Feb 2015 by 4 Pm but it is not yet resolved, I have called customer service agent multiple times and every time they extend the date & time .
