[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Customer id wrongly provided

This is to inform u I have install Videocon d2h connection on 21.11.2015
on 19.12.2015 I have recharge for Rs. 254 (Super Gold package) and rechaged successfully, next month on 20.01.2016 I have forgot my Customer ID so called up from my registered number to Customer Care on Tollfree No [protected] for Customer ID and I have received mail in which I have provided ID[protected] from your VM-VIDDTH dept. in the name of my son Harsh Jhodane and I have recharged for Rs. 254 now when I came to know that balance not updated on my account so called up to Customer care again they have provided me another ID[protected] which is also in the name of my son Harsh Jhodane by saying that on ID Number[protected] don't have any product, when there is no product why you have given me this ID ? so I would like to request you to kindly look into this matter and transfer my amount from ID No.[protected] to ID No.[protected] asap.

Please transfer my recharged amount of Rs. 254 which I have rechared on Customer ID[protected] which provided by you on my registered cell number and afterword given me another Customer ID[protected] by saying that there is no product on ID[protected] but I have recharged on ID No.[protected] so pls transfer Rs. 254 from ID No.[protected] to ID No[protected] both ID's register in same name Harsh Jodhane. Plssssssss. transfer as early as possible.
