[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — D2H problem for subscriber id: 5399753

Hi

I have relocated my house and had called to log in a relocation of product service request on 27 Jan 2016 and i was assured that technician would contact me on 28th Jan. No one contacted. I again called on 28th Jan and i got the same reply that some one would contact me . I called again on 30 Jan and escalated the issue. Mr Manjunath ( supervisior as told me ) told that some one would contact me within 8 working hours. I asked with 31 Jan ( sunday ) would be considered as working for which i got a reply in affirmation.
Today its 1 Feb 2016 and still no one has contacted me .
I am raising this concern as a aggrieved customer whose time is just wasted in just follow ups and still not understanding that the customer care no is [protected] is correct or not as people on this no promise but do not deliver so wondering if its the genuine no.
