I am very old yearly recharge subscriber of videocon d2h but i regret my decision on selecting this company. I called the customer care with the smart card error e04 complaint but instead of helping me in resuming the subscription, customer care executives started to talk money language over the phone even without knowing the exact root cause of the problem. They were so happy with the error and my problem that they confidently even said to me that u dont have any choice but to pay us the visiting charges to even know whats the problem with the channels. And in addition you have to pay the repair and all other charges. Point is be soft, reasonable and ask for the service charges after sharing the problem with the customer. It seems that the company is being run by uneducated inexperienced people wasting time and money of the investors. I wish i could gift them a book on customer services Please process the refund. I ordered D2H SMART REMOTE DONGLE on 8th July 2016. Till date I have not received the dongle. Kindly help. Enclosed herewith the receipt of my transaction.

Please be noted that currently your product is out of warranty and therefore as a company service policy there will be service visit charge of Rs. 200/- applicable and In case of any defective part/product replacement required necessary charges will be communicated by the service engineer during the time of visit.
