[Resolved] Videocon D2H — D2H set top box Software Upgrade issue | |||
This is a second complaint i am raising on the same issue on this website.I had same problem one year back (9th Dec 2013) and was resolved on 12th Dec 2013 after big struggle of one month.This time it is because of software upgrade which happen on 23rd Dec, i am getting only black and white picture. On same day i have given a complaint (work order number[protected], an engineer came on next day and he couldn't not solve this issue.I explained about this same issue which happen a year back and it was solved by updating a software in setbox, but he was not all interested in answering to me and told me contact customer care.That complaint was closed without resolution. I raised this issue once again with complaint no.[protected] and even spoke to supervisor, but i have been told that they are not supporting that software installation which was done year before. Your customer care representative promised me that is software is available in videocon D2H while i took the new connection in 27th Nov 2013, but now your not keeping up your words.
