Videocon D2H — Deduction of amount from my d2h account balance

My d2h was not working so made a complaint to videocon d2h and asked for repair of my d2h. Then the next morning when i saw a cable was loose and i tightened it and so device started working. Then after sometime the engineer from videocon called and said that i[censored] don't require an engineer then also you will have to pay rs150 and the next day they deducted rs 150 from my d2h balance. But when the videocon agent was saying about complaints then he didn't mentioned that after complaining it can't be removed or cancelled. But because of their fault i faced a problem.
