Videocon D2H — Deduction of Daily Balance inspite of resumption of Services

I had got my TV account recharged on January 4, 2015 for 6 months . The Services on TV did not resume and when I checked and called up the Customer Care on January 18, 2015 i.e. today, then only the TV services have been resumed from their end . I have been using D2H services for the past 4 years and have never seen this type of issue. The balance however for the interim period of January 4- January 17 has been deduced and the validity of the services for the said period have not been increased by the said period. On calling the customer care, the response that is being given is that there was no complaint from your end due to which the services did not resume which shows the work ethics /professionalism of the Company My Customer ID is 80963783 and Account ID is 8055812.
