Videocon D2H — Disgusting d2h service

Since the day I have purchase Videocon D2H there are this or that problem everyday. Don not purchase because- 1- It will automatically start synchronizing date & time anytime. Doesn't matter if you are watching movie or serial the screen will go blank for several minutes and this will happen several times. 2- Smart card validation every 5 seconds and screen will go blank and this, also will happen several times. 9-10 times in 5 Minutes. 3- Their technicians don't know how to solve these problems. So, eventually you are left with nothing but to purchase another DTH service. 4- Don't expect them solve your problem over e-mail. They will forward you advertisments.
