Videocon D2H — Inb bharat business channel l tech_baratb payments - recharge not succeed but payment is debited

Dear sir/madom, i have done online banking recharge for mr. Sushant kumar kar videocon d2h customer id is 29197290. This recharge has not succeed. But amount of inr :-241-00 is cut from my state bank of india account . I have recharged from debit. My sbi account is showing date (Value date) narration ref. No. 29-jun[protected]jun-2015)to transfer
Inb bharat business channel l tech_baratb payments[protected]ig0agfzqu6 transfer to [protected] state bank of india o rs. 241.00 is showing in my account. This amount has cut from my sbi account but d2h account have not yet received this recharge.
