[Resolved] Videocon D2H — installation of dish due to change of residence | |||
spoken to customer care on 25.10.2014 for reinstallation an was confirmed that it will be done by 26.10.2014. when called up customer care on 26.10.2014 since nobody turned up for installation, we got to know that the executive had not noted the address properly. this happened twice on 26.10.2014. Again we called customer care on 26.10.2014 it was confirmed that it will be done by 27.10.2014. the person from videocon called up and confirmed for 5.00pm in the evening, but didn't turn up. We kept calling him every 1 hour, but he kept postponing and didn't come. Next day, 28.10.2014 the person has switched off this cell phone, it has been 4 days but the problem has not been resolved. this has happened a couple of times, really fed up of the services provided by videocon dth. we want to stop the services and want the refund.
