Hi, I would like to inform you that I have taken Videocon D2H, My Customer id is :[protected], Am Using South Pack, My Monthly package is something is 203 something, every month I will recharge like that, suddenly some body Called me from your outbound department and they forced to prefer 6 month recharge and they promised for some offer. Promised offer is 1200 worth online gift voucher. I trusted that agent and I did Recharged with 1218 rupees. I didn’t get any thing offer vouchers or website links to my mobile that’s why I called to customer care and asked about my issue. Customer care executive said it will take 24 hours, again I called you after 48 hours but customer care executive said its already we have send and its delivered to you. But still I didn’t get anything. After that again I called you again they are telling we will take compliant otherwise we can’t do anything. All peoples are taking useless compliant and resolving themselves. Its not right response. If my requested is not addressed at the earliest.
