Videocon D2H — Negligence of service | |||
our satellite dish crashed on the night of 22nd June 2015 due to rainy season so we contacted Videocon D2H customer care and told them about the incident they said they will send a technical engineer in next 48 hours. so we waited for 2 days no one came for fixing antenna so we again lodged a complaint on 27th June 2015 they again sent us same reply saying someone will come in next 48 hours yet no on came so we again contacted customer care and told them about the scene with their engineer engineer said USKO PAISA LAGEGA AND BAAKI SAB BHI YAHI PROBLEM SE GUZAR RAHE HAI AAP AKELE NAHI HO so my mother said OK he said he'll come once everything is done so the customer care representative lodged complaint against the engineer and she said she'll send another guy but still the story is same. i have attached the messages they have sent us below as a proof we are mentally harassed by the technical support from Videocon D2H Was this information helpful? | |||
