Sir, my D2H CID is 91432693 I have upgraded my package to new gold sport +16 channels of HD before 2 month but your call centre people forcefully added Star world premier HD without my consent.I immediatly told to stop this channel but till date it is not happened & every month they are charging me for that. This is totally cheating case, I many times called on cust care but they are unble to do this. If this would not happened in two days I will disconnect your connection &will go to cosumer forum. Secondly call centre person never tells us the facts.In online recharge customer have no choice to downgrade his package this is another case of cheating. so plz give me reply asop.
