I have lodged complaint of no working of D2H services on 19 Aug 2015 at 9 am. Not having heard on 20 of Aug again numerous complaints were made followed by various calls on 21st n 22nd. Only assurances made but till writing of this complaint nobody called or any body came to attend the problem. It's ridiculous that company like Videocon is letting down customers like this.
