Dear Sir, Our customer id[protected] We are not able to view the T.V since last almost 10 days. First complaint we had lodged on[protected] after that we had lodged another complaint on[protected] after that we had lodghed one more complaint on[protected] but till today not a single complaints attended by Videocon, I am really socked that Videocon is offering such a very poor kind of service. We again want to put on record that since[protected] we are facing big trouble with Videcon D2H and now signal is no more and our box has stopped working.
