I have just recharged my d2h for one month of Rs.369 but it wasn't successful, so i did it again and finally transaction was successful but my money had been transacted twice..one at 10.17am 12.05.2021 and other one was at 10.16am 12.05.2021.My RTN is[protected], so I am requesting to refund my 369/-only or add it to my d2h for next month. Please give urgently your positive response.

I have Recharged My d2h account on 6th June for ₹ 786 and the recharge wasn't successful but the amount was debited from my account and then I recharged again and it was successful. I m requesting you to refund the money or add it to my next month's balance. Hoping for a urgent positive response.
