Hi I'm Prince Bedi. I'm facing signal issues from last 4 days . i registered my complaint on 14th june 2015 & its 17th June 2015. I keep on calling every day & what get is false commitment that engineer will visit in 24 hrs but no one has even called me since last 4 days. All i get is complaint no. nothing else. There is no one who has take responsibility to take action against it. If they are giving such service to premium customers who already paid full payment for whole year. i dont know what they are giving to regular customer who pay monthly. Its really feel bad & thinking again & again why i have choosen this company who dont ever care what his customer feel about his services. I will recommend all other never use services of this company My cusotmer id is[protected]
