Classic example o[censored]seless #customerservice I have two calls...right now... Weekends my #HD #movie channels are off...and this is happening since last 4 months...however they don't have a solution. When asked to speak to their senior; they say they are busy with other complaints. That means there are only complaints and no appreciation calls. They disconnect the calls. Without giving a solution. When asked they say we will send our technical person to ur place. You have to pay...why will I pay? It is not a tech issue. Amazing isn't it these guys are solving the issue since last 4 months. Pathetic service. Was this information helpful? | |||
