[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Pathetic service from the executives

Yesterday v put up a complain. One guy by the same Sunil comes over n attends our complain But there is an issue that need to be further attended by other technician. That other technician gives call in the morning and asks whether or not to visit my house n attend the complain. We ask him to come n attend the complaint. Again after 1/2 n hr he calls up what is the complain why is the complain made n should he attend. We are irritated as our D2h is not working. The worst part is after asking stupid questions he shouted over d phone and hung up without any courtesy or responsibility.
