Videocon D2H — Problem continued even after PCB changed by Videocon d2h engineer

Vide work order no. 30612938 dated 21feb and work order 30724910 dated 25 feb, we complaint to d2h about on/off problem in TV(led TV; in built set top box). But no engineer visited to check the TV. Instead, they talked on telephone about the problem and said PCB(Motherboard) will be changed. PCB was not available in the d2h warehouse that time(as told by the engineer ). Finally, on 12 mar 2015 the engineer changed the PCB for which they charged Rs. 3100. But still the problem continued. Even further, now many subscribed channels are not coming and showing E16-4 error. The engineer said that channel problem is due to PCB/ on-off prob. Now, engineer wants to take the TV to service centre but do not want to give any service slip/receipt of taking TV to service centre. Without receipt how any one can hand over his product to engineer ? Now Customer care([protected]) says that get your TV repaired from outside. How a Cust care say like that after charging for parts and replacing it. Appropriate authority pls do the needful to resolve the problem of on/off of TV for which PCB was changed by charging Rs.3100 and problem of not coming of channel(error E16-4). My customer id no. Engineers of d2h took the t.v. to their service centre on 24.3.2015 and return it on 26.3.2015(evening) after repairing it. But, still there is on off problem though the frequency of problem has come down. Apart from that software update failed is new problem that is coming in the tv. Hundreds of call were made to the engineer in last 1 month, still they aren't able to resolve the problem. Furthermore, the representative of d2h who is handing the problem instead of finding solution to the problem, is finding faults in other things and us, and now he has started disconnecting our phone calls and has started shouting unnecessarily. How many days/months d2h/its representative/engineer will take to solve the problem, god knows ! Fed up with calling customer care, representative & engineers. We loosing our time, money(TV recharge), facing problem and still we customers are blammed. D2h Authorities pls do something.
