Vide work order no. 30612938 dated 21feb and work order 30724910 dated 25 feb, we complaint to d2h about on/off problem in TV(led TV; in built set top box). But no engineer visited to check the TV. Instead, they talked on telephone about the problem and said PCB(Motherboard) will be changed. PCB was not available in the d2h warehouse that time(as told by the engineer ). Finally, on 12 mar 2015 the engineer changed the PCB for which they charged Rs. 3100. But still the problem continued. Even further, now many subscribed channels are not coming and showing E16-4 error. The engineer said that channel problem is due to PCB/ on-off prob. Now, engineer wants to take the TV to service centre but do not want to give any service slip/receipt of taking TV to service centre. Without receipt how any one can hand over his product to engineer ? Now Customer care([protected]) says that get your TV repaired from outside. How a Cust care say like that after charging for parts and replacing it. Appropriate authority pls do the needful to resolve the problem of on/off of TV for which PCB was changed by charging Rs.3100 and problem of not coming of channel(error E16-4).
