VIDEOCON I had purchased a one Video con D2h Connection Setup box Customer ID. 99805202. One Year after purchasing we continue facing the problem of Sim Card Error Restart Factory sating. From The month of March’2014 Video con D2h Connection problem. I am regular complaining at your service centre Engineer Nitin Verma ([protected] Bharat Business Channel Ltd.) Has come at our home for attend the Complained and checked and told this is Setup Box problem that is a part of manufacturing. And he has advised us to go to the company for replace your Video con D2h Setup box & he is demanding the 400/- cash without receipt end Installing repairing Setup Box. Deny Receipt or New Setup Box.
