Videocon D2H — Product Error/No Signal

Already registered a complaint before two days (Work Order Number[protected] still no action taken yet. I even did not get any confirmation call from Videocon regarding the complaint. Not able to get any local number (within my city) where I can contact and call for the serviceman. ( PS: I have the yearly subscription but this is how they treat their customers)
