Videocon D2H — Receiving calls and sms almost every months despite of having any connection

mobile no [protected] belongs to me i.e. mr. b.n.roy by profession advocate.Despite of taking any connection from videocon d2h service from about last 1 year in almost every months i am receiving calls as well as sms regarding recharge of videocon d2h id[protected].I am just tired of phone calls and sms of the company.I couldnot understand i haven't taken any connection from the company then why i am receiving sms and calls from the company.kindly look into the matter as soon as possible or otherwise i have to take leagel action against the company.
