[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Regarding package policy | |||||
Hello, I have a D2h tv connection at my home in that we have a basic package of 99/-Rs and if anyone need other channels they can add it through "add on channels".Here the problem is while i'm trying to remove add on from my account it is not taking so i requested them to delete it but they were saying we can not do that because the package was changed. I just need the basic package if i want any other i will add or i will choose something else. There is a basic package in the Videocon d2h but they were not removing "add on package" from my account, 'i just need the basic package for now'. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We would like to inform you that you are having d2h flexi pack in your subscription and two add are compulsory with d2h flexi pack furthermore subscriber cannot remove these 2 add-on once downgraded however can change to other add-on post lock-in. Further please click on the below link to know the add-on applicable with D2h Flexi package and whenever you want to change the same then you can write back to us or call at our customer care.
