[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Resolution provided is not satisfactory and charging me again to resolve the same problem

I raised a complaint : 42255273 dated 16 april. My STB used to get restarted as soon as try to change the channel. The engineer changed the part and I paid 300rs as part charge and 170rs as service charge.
I faced the same issue again on 19th april with complaint : 42337643.
After a lot of argument your executive agreed to replace the STP without any extra charge as i had already paid for the part. But the engineer did not change the STB instead changed a part and made it work somehow.
Today Again i.e 30 april i am facing the same issue and your customer case executive is asking me to pay for the STB.
Why should i pay again for the box when i have already paid and this is the same issue i am asking the fix for.
This is an existing issue and if the engineer knew from the start that the box is faulty, he should have replaced it at the first time and not charge me again and again.
