Videocon D2H — Set top Box

I have videocon D2h product from May 2014. ( Cust Id:[protected] Since first day i am facing multiple problems with this box. My box even got changed once. Now i am my writing this complaint as my remote is not working. This also happened earlier and Videocon gave me new remote for Rs. 350. Merely after 2 months the remote is not working again. I am extremely disppointed with these continual problems i am facing with this set top box.
