Videocon D2H — Set-Top Box Not Working Properly

My Customer ID—83206344. I have been given many complaint numbers since November 2013 to till date regarding only one problem. I want to inform you that the complained was not resolved from November 2013 to till date. Whenever I call to customer care regarding my complain, they only say that my all tickets is closed but without proper resolution and my confirmation. As discussed with Mr. Vimal (senior supervisor), he gave me the work order no. 24784569 but it was also closed without any information. So, I request you to kindly take the necessary action on the above issue. If your team is not able to resolve my issue kindly refund my set-top box money(Rs. 7000/-) Your action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
