Videocon D2H — Sound quality and rude behavior of customer service | |||
Hi Since I have upgrade to HD I am dissatisfied with the quality of product. After upgrading there was a problem of audio video synchronization and after tons of complaint, company has resolved my problem by changing my new STB with one repaired STB (this is really a bed experience). After that (as the STB is repaired one) new problem started with is SOUND QUALITY and I have registered a complaint with customer care and one engineer (having no knowledge about any thing relating to the product) came at home, tried to update the LOADER of STB but failed to do so. He called to his senior and gave his phone to me and the person other side talk so rudely and without listing me or having knowledge about the actual problem, started to blaim my TOSHIBA LED TV. This kind of service I was not expecting as I am using the videocon d2h since 2012. But after upgrading to HD, my all expectations are ruined by such dumb engineer and his real dumb senior. If possible kindly do so needful else I have no alternative expect quite the company. Was this information helpful? | |||
