[Resolved]  Videocon d2h — Tv repair

Dear Sir,

I am Ranjan Kr Sinha informing to you that I have a Videocon D2H TV (Customer ID[protected] which is not working

due to short of IC. I loged

first complaint on 26.02.14 at Customer Care of D2H. Eng visit on 28.02.14, and said i repaired it after 01 week.So, Pl,

make a DD of Rs-1200/- the repairing charge. After making several calls it was not repaired.


2. Second complaint logged on 24.03.14 my complaint no[protected] .

3. Third Comp on 29.03.14 no[protected] Eng visit again said It will be resolve on next 04/5 days,

But still its pending So, Pl, Suggest me what i can do.

I recharged of Rs 225.

and mobile call charge Extra .
