[Resolved] Videocon D2H — unauthorized deduction | |||
My customer I'd is 74551583 Videocon D2h .These people have suspended my service anuthorizedly and asking me to pay Rs.150/- for the service that I did'nt received.I called customer care on 18.08.2014 due to signal problem they have registered this as a complain without giving any conformation of complaint through SMS. The service engg. Contacted me after four day regarding the complain I told him that I didn't make any complain because there is no complaint number or conformation through SMS. And today I.e on[protected] my service is suspended, after speaking to the supervisor on helpline he said to resume the service we have to pay Rs.150. I asked to customer care that Why you have not given any complaint number through SMS and second if there is any complain then why not they have attended within 24 hours. Is this the service that Videocon is providing yo its customers or just looting us.This is a humble request to Videocon d2h to start my service immediately or else I have complaint to the consumer court. First of all I thank you very much to resolve my complaint. Videocon D2h representative called me and informed that Rs. 150 has been credited back in my account also emailed from [email protected] to log in to ConsumerComplaints.in and reply to their message.
