Hi, The complaint is two fold. First, I keep getting a lot of marketing calls from Videocon inspite of me having called in to customer care asking them to stop. The last call was on the 12th of March for an offer on Star Premiere HD, and when I refused the offer, the caller was quite abusive. About 20 mins after the call was terminated, I got an intimation that an additional channel (Star Premiere HD) was added to my account inspite of me not adding it. I called into customer care and I was told that this was a "technical error" and that they would get it sorted out. Ticket[protected] was raised for this however the 60 rupees which was taken is yet to be refunded. The ticket has since been closed. Customer ID:[protected]. Kindly look into this.
