Dear Sir/Madam, Today 21/11/2015, I purchased a new Digital DTH Connection through online http://www.videocond2h.com.I got the set up box delivered and the connection has been given. But the remote that had been given is an old and used one.It was very disappointing such a reputed company doesn't have a protocol to check what they are delivering to the customer.
